H γυναίκα που έχασε 140 κιλά μόλις αφαίρεσε 7 κιλά περιττού δέρματος -Αυτή είναι η νέα της εικόνα

Το χαλαρό δέρμα είναι για πολλούς ανθρώπους μια απογοητευτική «παρενέργεια» μιας μεγάλης απώλειας κιλών.

Η 28χρονη Lexi Reed από την Iντιάνα των ΗΠΑ κατάφερε να κάνει το αδύνατο, να χάσει 141 κιλά!

Δεν ακολούθησε κάποια αυστηρή δίαιτα. Απλά σταμάτησε να καταναλώνει θερμιδικές «βόμβες» με λιπαρά -μαγείρευε μόνη της τα γεύματά της και άρχισε να πηγαίνει γυμναστήριο 5 με 6 φορές την εβδομάδα.

«Δεν ακολούθησα κάποιο συγκεκριμένο διατροφικό πλάνο, δεν έκανα κάποια εγχείρηση, δεν είχα τη βοήθεια personal trainer. Αλλά είχα τη στήριξη του συζύγου και ένα δυνατό κίνητρο για το οποίο έπρεπε να προσπαθούμε σκληρά κάθε μέρα. Να χάσω κιλά για να αποκτήσω κάποια στιγμή ένα μωρό» σημειώνει.

Η 28χρονη κατάφερε να χάσει 141 κιλά, αλλά το δέρμα της χαλάρωσε σε μεγάλο βαθμό λόγω της μεγάλης απώλειας κιλών.

Συνήθως, το χαλαρωμένο δέρμα εμφανίζεται μετά από ξαφνική απώλεια βάρους καθώς οι μυς χάνουν την έντασή τους λόγω της διάσπασης του κολλαγόνου και των ινών ελαστίνης που προσφέρουν στο δέρμα τόνωση και σφριγηλότητα.

Η 28χρονη υποβλήθηκε σε χειρουργείο για να της αφαιρέσουν 7 κιλά περιττό δέρμα! Η Lexi Reed μοιράστηκε την ιστορία της μέσω του προφίλ της στο Instagram, όπου την ακολουθούν 1 εκατομμύριο followers!

Incisions, bruising & swell hell! We are one week post op since my surgery with @drjosephmichaels. This was one of the scariest things not to mention decisions I have ever made in my life. Swelling is getting better daily but theres no words for not living my life in long term pain. #Repost @discoveringdanny (@get_repost) ・・・ 1 WEEK AGO MY BEAUTIFUL WIFE @fatgirlfedup GOT HER SURGERY! I remember pacing the hospital for hours and the minutes feeling like days as I waited in the waiting room, but now I can see it was all worth it. To not see her in pain crying as I massage her daily and the fact that she finally feels relief on her body makes this all worth it. I am so happy for her and love her no matter what size she is, but I just want her to be healthy and happy! I know how long she suffered in silence and how bad she wanted answers while being terrified there was something wrong with her body due to the pain. Thankful to @drjosephmichaels because he honestly has changed her life in more ways than he will ever know.
